We are a young law firm that, in addition to general legal practice, specializes in immigration and asylum law, including representing our clients before the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic and the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.

We place emphasis on finding solutions that address the individual situation and needs of each client.

Our services are available in Czech, English, and German, and interpretation into Ukrainian and Russian can be arranged at no additional cost. If another language is required, we will arrange for interpretation/translation by a court interpreter upon agreement.

We specialize in international protection proceedings, such as asylum, subsidiary protection, and temporary protection, and assist applicants throughout the entire process. We also deal with international protection (asylum and subsidiary protection), where we represent applicants for this status in administrative proceedings.

Representation before administrative courts

Our office provides legal representation before administrative courts, particularly in cases involving residence and international protection. In particular, we have extensive experience with appeals against decisions concerning the granting or revocation of residence permits.
